Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability:

• Re-shipping charges will apply.
• Refunds for returned prepaid orders will be processed after deducting shipping and RTO charges.

Damaged Packages

If your parcel appears damaged:

• Avoid accepting severely damaged packages.
• If accepted, record an unboxing video immediately.
• Report the issue within 48 hours.
